What’s Cooking? Want to enjoy a taste of the South? Order your copy of Cooking With HMC, a collection of 650 tried and recommended recipes compiled by Hancock Medical Center employees, physicians, friends and volunteers. Now in its second printing, the cookbook has become a favorite for tasty, practical recipes. The cookbook committee reviewed the hospital's collection of more than 300 pieces of local art and selected a painting by local artist Ray Stieffel as the cover. Stieffel's depiction of a shrimp boat on the waters of the Gulf of Mexico is a familiar sight to local residents.
